How does Maison Asrar Milky Way smell?
Sweetness runs through the whole top: caramel for toffee, sweet milk for a creamy, smooth softness, and plum for a jammy, slightly tart fruit that keeps the milk and caramel from feeling flat. In the heart, ylang-ylang and jasmine bring a creamy white-floral richness, orris adds a dry, powdery softness, and cashmere gives a velvety, plush texture. It reads as a milky, floral, caramel-sweet blend with very little that is sharp.
Tonka beans, vanilla and sandalwood complete the base. Tonka and vanilla both supply a soft, creamy sweetness, and sandalwood adds a smooth, milky wood that fits the theme.
