Black pepper and saffron give a dry, spicy, slightly leathery opening, while red fruit adds a bright, tart sweetness to lift it. The heart is where it gets distinctive: chocolate is bittersweet and cocoa-dusty, incense adds a dry smoke and rose brings a full floral note. That mix, dark chocolate, smoke and rose, points to a deep, rounded middle rather than a light one, with the pepper above keeping it from turning sticky.
Warmth and earth meet in the base: ambergris gives skin-like smoothness, moss a damp, forest-floor depth, and musk a soft cleanness. The ambery label fits the warm glow of the chocolate and ambergris together. Read on paper, this is a spiced, dark, smoky-sweet blend that finishes in a soft, mossy base, with the red fruit above as its brightest detail and the pepper as its sharpest.
